What we do
Three things, done properly.
Everything we build sits in one of these. Most projects touch all three. If what you need is not here, ask - most of what we build started as a problem nobody had a product for.

01 · Monitoring & statistics
If you cannot see it, you cannot run it.
If it has a metric, we can pull it, store it, and put it in front of the right person.
Telemetry and dashboards for broadcast and IT estates - streams, network, power, satellite. Anything that reports, reported on: streams, transport-stream faults, switches, PDUs, batteries, satellite dishes and cellular modems, in one dashboard.
We are, in our own words, slightly obsessive about observability. We instrument bespoke hardware and existing broadcast or IT infrastructure alike, stream the data into a hardened time-series backend, and turn it into one clear operational picture: link health, signal quality, transport-stream integrity and hardware status on a single pane.
Built to scale from one to hundreds. The same stack runs a single contribution feed or a national DTT transmitter estate, with alerting that reaches a phone before a viewer notices.
In practice
- A clustered stack - VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Prometheus and Zabbix - collecting from every site
- Live cellular and satellite RF telemetry - RSRP, SINR, RSSI and Starlink link state
- Transport-stream analysis and multiviewers for at-a-glance output health
- Slack-integrated alerting with automated phone escalation for critical events

02 · Bespoke broadcast applets
When the product you need doesn't exist, we build it.
Purpose-built software for a problem no product off the shelf solves - and run where it needs to be.
Small software, specific problems. Transport-stream analysis, fault correlation, automation and reporting, written for one workflow rather than sold to everyone.
Containerised and portable: the same workload runs on a cloud host, a rack server, or ARM or x86 compute. Increasingly that means the edge device itself - already-encoded video processed and routed on the router carrying the connection, rather than hauled back to a gallery first. It is commercial off-the-shelf IT doing broadcast work: lower capital cost and faster deployment, without giving up capability.
In practice
- Director UI - a live SCTE-35 splice and ad-break control deck
- Stream ingest, transport and transport-stream analysis, hosted beside the signal
- Bespoke code development for custom and off-the-shelf hardware alike
- Purpose-built network tooling, such as per-WAN 5G speed-testing

03 · Hardware prototyping & development
Kit built for the job in hand.
Bespoke hardware built for the problem, rather than bought off a shelf and made to fit.
Built, not bought. Every solution is specified and made for the problem in front of us - prototyped, revised, and proven before it goes near a live service.
Hardware buildout happens in-house. We specify, assemble and wire the kit ourselves: routers, modems, antennas, power - light enough to carry, tough enough to travel. Field-proven, not bench-proven.
In practice
- Specified, assembled and wired in-house, not integrated from a catalogue
- Prototyped and revised before anything goes near a live service
- Field-proven - most recently a 1,400-mile run from Monmouth to Antwerp and back, carrying live video the whole way

Multi-WAN flyaway kits
The clearest example of the pillar. Robust, hand-carryable connectivity for remote broadcast and production: light enough to carry onto a flight, tough enough to survive baggage handlers, reliable enough for live transmission.
The kits bond multiple independent paths - fixed-line copper or fibre, 5G/LTE and Starlink LEO satellite - at the network layer, then run professional video transport on top. Diverse global SIMs keep the modems off a single carrier bottleneck, and intelligent packet recovery holds the stream together through the hostile RF of the real world. A genuine, cost-effective alternative to an expensive satellite truck.
- Bonds fixed-line copper or fibre, 5G/LTE and Starlink, with global multi-region SIMs
- A flexible choice of transport, fully encoder and source agnostic
- Field-proven on our Monmouth to Antwerp test - live across ~1,400 miles and the Channel Tunnel
One approach
We design around the real problem rather than a product catalogue, blending enterprise IT, broadcast engineering and an agile way of working. Then we take ownership of the whole thing, end to end, so our clients can step back from the technical detail with confidence and get on with running their business.
Tell us what you can't see.
Something to monitor that you cannot see into, a workflow no product quite fits, or a piece of kit that does not exist yet. Tell us what you are trying to do and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
